YogaWithSaritha – Online & Hybrid Yoga Studio
By registering for, accessing, or participating in any online, in-person, or hybrid yoga classes, workshops, programs, or services offered by YogaWithSaritha, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these terms, you should not participate in any sessions.
2. Health & Medical Disclaimer
Yoga and related wellness practices involve physical movement and may carry a risk of injury. By participating, you acknowledge and agree that:
You are voluntarily participating in yoga sessions at your own risk.
You are physically and medically fit to participate.
You will consult a physician before beginning any yoga or wellness program, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions (including but not limited to heart conditions, high/low blood pressure, joint issues, pregnancy, recent surgery, or chronic illness).
You understand that YogaWithSaritha does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
All guidance provided during classes is for educational and wellness purposes only.
You understand that yoga includes physical postures, breathing techniques, stretching, and meditation, which may involve risk of injury.
You voluntarily assume full responsibility for:
Any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during or after participation.
Modifying poses according to your ability.
Ensuring a safe practice environment (for online participants).
4. Release & Waiver of Liability
By participating in any class, you agree that:
You will not hold YogaWithSaritha, its founder Saritha Pragallapati, instructors, affiliates, or representatives liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damages arising from participation.
You release and discharge YogaWithSaritha from any claims, demands, or causes of action resulting from your participation in online or in-person sessions.
This waiver applies to both live classes and recorded sessions.
5. Online Participation Responsibility
For online classes, you acknowledge that:
You are responsible for ensuring a safe space free from hazards.
You have adequate internet connectivity and appropriate equipment.
YogaWithSaritha is not responsible for technical interruptions, internet issues, or equipment failures.
6. Hybrid / In-Person Class Policies
For in-person sessions:
Participants must follow studio guidelines and safety instructions.
YogaWithSaritha reserves the right to refuse participation if safety rules are not followed.
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.
7. Clarification on “Daily Yoga” Schedule
For the purposes of this program, “Daily Yoga” refers to scheduled classes conducted on all weekdays (Monday through Friday). A minimum of 15 live classes per month will be provided.
In the event of instructor unavailability, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, any class cancellations, rescheduling, or changes will be communicated in advance to participants.
Saturday and Sunday sessions are generally self-paced and may be practiced at the member’s convenience. Weekend offerings may also include special sessions such as, but not limited to, in-person gatherings, workshops, guest lectures, wellness talks, or bonus practice sessions. These special sessions may vary in frequency and format.
8. Payments & Refund Policy
All fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise stated.
Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly specified.
Missed classes may not be refunded or rescheduled unless agreed upon in advance.
All content shared during sessions (videos, recordings, class materials, PDFs, branding, and logos) is the intellectual property of YogaWithSaritha.
Participants may not:
Record sessions without permission.
Share, distribute, or reproduce content for commercial purposes.
Participants are expected to maintain respectful and professional behavior during sessions. Disruptive or inappropriate conduct may result in removal from classes without refund.
YogaWithSaritha reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation implies acceptance of updated terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable local laws.
By registering for or attending any class, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
