While many people associate yoga only with asanas (physical postures), its true essence goes far beyond that. Yoga teaches balance, mindfulness, discipline, and inner awareness.
Our founder, Saritha Pragallapati, is a dedicated yoga enthusiast who has been practicing yoga for over 20 years. With deep personal commitment and continuous learning, she brings both experience and authenticity to her teaching. She is RYT200 certified and is currently pursuing a Diploma in Yoga Therapy, after successfully completing RYT300 and RYT800 advanced yoga training programs.
